Blessings for 2020

Praise be to our Living Father for waking up yet another day! I am honoured to be allowed to start 2020 by His GRACE that is sufficient!

While everyone will be blessing you with encouragement and hope for 2020, I would like to share something with you that will come in handy in times of need …

I realise, that being a follower of Yeshua, our King, every day is a step into the unknown.
How we respond to the “unknown” is, however, the key.

I would like to bless you with Ephesians 1:18 and then explain why:

I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, [“innermost” (heart). Flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of His calling [“to which He is calling you.”] — that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that He finds in us, his holy ones!

I bless you with enough tribulations and trails to have your heart flooded with light. Weird blessing? Yup, I would have thought so six months ago. Now, I think it’s the greatest blessing of all.

Why do I say this?

We misunderstand, misinterpret and undervalue tribulations and trials. We tend to see it as punishment or failure when it is, in fact, the key to Abba Father’s love.
Let me explain:
1. If the prayer is for Yahweh to illuminate the eyes of your heart, it means that darkness will be chased out. Darkness cannot be chased out without YOU choosing for it to be removed. How can you choose darkness to be removed without knowing that it is there or knowing what it is? When you identify the darkness, it is followed by the understanding of how it got there in the first place. Darkness in your heart is always connected to beliefs and thinking patterns. After renewing your mind, therefore, you can discipline it to not allow the same darkness to enter your thoughts and beliefs again.
2. When you are flooded with light, there will be ZERO darkness left which brings you to experience the full revelation of the hope of His calling for you.
How can we identify darkness without tribulations or trials?

I have found the darkness when I experience tribulations or trails.

For example:

The biggest thing that hid from me for 33 years was SHAME. I am in awe and praise Abba Father for revealing it to me. It blocked so many blessings and His Love from my life without me even realizing.

Shame, as I personally discovered, is a dark place with its intensity determined by the state of mind you find yourself in. It differs from feeling sad, depressed to want to give up and quite. Shame makes its victims believe that they are unworthy, useless and that their core is bad/faulty/rotten/dirty.

This then leads to unconsciously wanting to prove worthiness that turns into strive, pride, measurement and judgment. The result of shame in its victim’s lives are fatal – I believe shame is the biggest cause of the high suicide rate in the world.

Why am I sharing this with you?

I only discovered shame when I went through tribulations and trails. I was, therefore, saved from the pit of hell by the Light of my Father pointing out the shame! I prayed to Him to remove it from my life but the answer I received was that it is my responsibility to take my thoughts captive, renew my mind, and discipline it to follow Jesus.

He empowered and ensured that I write a 40 day journey (Defeat That Feeling) to help others to overcome shame/unworthiness in their minds which will be launched for the first time on the 8th of January 2020. PRAISE AND GLORY TO YAHWEH!

It is on this note that I then stress again, may you experience enough tribulations and trails in 2020 that will shine the light on the darkness in your heart so you can choose to have it removed and EXPERIENCE HIM FULLY! May this light be such a testimony that brings every knee to bow and tongue to confess that HE IS OUR KING!

James 1:12
If your faith remains strong, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God! True happiness comes as you pass the test with faith, and receive the victorious crown of life promised to every lover of God!
